Responsibilities

• Lead and engage key stakeholders including landowners, Iwi partners, local government agencies and local community.
• Support the implementation of major infrastructure projects.
• Drive best practice in property acquisition to continuously improve our processes and support NZTA objectives.
• Manage external property consultants and coordinate with internal subject‑matter experts such as project managers, legal, planning and communications.

Qualifications

Salary

$109,407 – $158,032 NZD per year.
