You will also ensure all transactions adhere to internal processes and statutory obligations, including Rights of First Refusal, tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Additionally, you’ll support the Senior Property Delivery Manager in managing portfolio risk and reporting, and collaborate across Kāinga Ora business groups to align expectations and outcomes.
While we offer flexible working arrangements, we ask our people to be in the office at least three full days a week to support collaboration and team connection.
