What We're Looking For

You'll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial properties across the Bay of Plenty, Hamilton, and parts of the South Island.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, and your ability to build strong relationships and think on your feet will be key.

Key responsibilities include :

Proactive day-to-day management of commercial property operations

Building strong tenant relationships, including lease negotiations, renewals, interpretation and dispute resolution

Collaborating with Facilities Managers to ensure assets are well maintained

Preparing budgets and financial reports in partnership with our finance team

Working closely with Asset Managers to align property performance with strategic goals

Regular reporting on property activity and performance
