Primary task and responsibilities

Coordination of all our customers shipping requirements

Timely processing of bookings for our customers

Respond to a wide range of customer queries

Skills & experience

Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Excellent attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels

Strong commitment to providing high quality customer service

Professional and courteous communication skills

Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
