As a leading wholesaler and retailer of batteries with well-known brands such as Exide and Marshall, they include automotive, industrial, commercial, marine, and solar, our brands are well known and highly respected by industry and consumers alike.About the role : As our Van Sales Rep, you will report to our Southern Regional Manager and play a crucial role in delivering our products to customers while maintaining a high level of customer service to our existing and potential customers through relationship management.Key Duties involved : Accurately manage and record stock levelsDevelop and follow a customer-scheduled call plan and engage in face-to-face interactions with clientsBe proactive in identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow customer accounts through upsellingGenerate leads for BDM to convertAbout you : To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following : Understand customer service and build effective long-term relationshipsAbility to identify and target new opportunitiesSelf-motivated with good organisational and time management skillsA self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environmentThe ability to plan and stick to a structured call cycleReliable and honestComfortable with heavy liftingClass 2 licence and DG endorsement an advantageWhat's on offer : You will work with a great team of people who are dedicated to success.
