OverviewLearning support coordinator 0.2–St Marcellin School, WhanganuiThis is a permanent part-time role to : Support students through building an inclusive school environment which encourages participation, progress.Support kura / school leadership teams to develop and run bespoke programmes to support akonga in schools.Support teachers in schools and kura to lift their capability to better meet the needs of learners, and to strengthen their connections with education services or other outside agencies.Work across the cluster and wider agencies, to access services and resources to support learners.Applicants will be registered teachers and have : a current teaching practising certificate and relevant teaching qualificationdemonstrated experience as a successful classroom teacher.demonstrated successful experience in working with children and young people with learning support needs in the classroomexperience in working with whanau to support learningexperience of working across community social services.How to applyPostal Address : Totara Street, Tawhero, Whanganui,
