About the Role

The National Care Pathways Programme Support role contributes directly to the delivery of equitable, high-quality Care Pathways across Aotearoa by providing strategic and operational leadership to the Care Pathways national programme team.

This role drives the coordination of workstreams, facilitates national prioritisation processes, and supports the governance and strategic direction of the programme whilst managing critical communications and ensuring that the voice of clinicians and stakeholders is embedded in national pathway development.

About you

You will have experience working in a national business support or coordination role with oversight of key business processes. Additionally, your strong communication skills and ability to establish positive working relationships and manage time effectively will be key requirements. Experience within the health sector and a relevant qualification is desirable.
