This is a great opportunity to join this large dynamic cluster. We are looking for a trained RTLB oran Aotearoa, New Zealand fully registered very experienced teacher who aspiresto be an RTLB as a future career.

This position (1MU, 1 SDA) is based at Ōtaki, itinerating across Horowhenua, Ōtaki and Kāpiti regions to support teachers and students across years 1‑10 in mainstream kura auraki, akomanga reo‑rua, reo rūmaki, and kura kaupapa Māori. The successful applicant may also need to work across the cluster when needed. This position starts 27 January 2026. Rā tīmatanga te 27 o Kohitātea 2026

Essential for the position

• RTLB qualifications or the capacity to attain the mandatory post‑graduate qualification.
• Applicants need to be fluent in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga to be able to work in full immersion te reo Māori settings.
• Full driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Can confidently navigate IT tools.
