We are hiring a Hotel Manager based in Christchurch for Adina Heritage Christchurch.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Operations NZ, the role includes overseeing daily hotel operations with a Business Manager component, hands-on front desk management and end-of-month reporting, owner relationship management, and driving people outcomes and business revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations with a Business Manager component

Hands-on front desk management and end-of-month reporting

Manage owner relationships and stakeholder expectations

About you

2+ years senior hotel leader experience with rooms focus

Inspirational leader experienced in customer service environment

Thorough understanding of front office operations with strong financial acumen

Strong stakeholder relationship nurturing and development skills

High attention to detail, proactive and hands-on

Excellent communication skills and personal presentation
