This sought-after Managers Position at “Synergy Hair – Riccarton” allows you an opportunity to be involved in the Hair & Beauty industry with Retail & Management of the store. You will work closely with your team & enjoy all aspects of the business. Our store is a very busy hairdressing & retail environment. The position is Exciting, Fun, & Enjoys much Client & customer contact.

You need to have an interest of hairdressing & salon professional products - comfortable & with all types of team situations and enjoy the dynamics of a fun and busy salon & retail business - as well as being able to care for Salon Clients & Retail Customers & your Team.

For this position you must be well presented, understand teamwork, have people management skills, be passionate & simply love what you do.

You’ll also be involved with full stock management, rostering, store presentation / merchandising and driving sales within our company operations and procedures guidelines. You need to know about sales budgets and people management.

You will join the Synergy Hair Riccarton Team and enjoy ongoing training & assistance from our support staff - not just with team skills but also the management skills (People / Stock / Administration) for you to learn more and continue your Personal Development. This is a Tuesday to Saturday position.

You will also have the great support of your Operations Manager, the four other CHCH stores, our whole Head Office team and the personal contact of the Synergy Hair Brand owners in Christchurch.
