We are seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR transformation services to our clients.

As a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules for our clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, succession and Learning modules, and ensure successful project delivery.

Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.

This hybrid position is based in our Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Talent modules.

Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs

Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs

Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.

Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables

Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.

Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks

Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.

Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Talent modules.

Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.

Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Mentor and train junior consultants and client team members on SuccessFactors Employee Central and talent modules.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations throughout the implementation process.

Innovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive client impact.

Demonstrated experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules in a New Zealand context.

Experience in HRIS / Payroll transformation projects, ideally within consulting or large enterprise environments.

A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business / Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems.

Experience working with different HR systems and HR processes including process review and design.

Certification in SuccessFactors at least three SuccessFactors modules at a minimum.

Worked in a lead / senior capacity for a minimum 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.

Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.

Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience

Experience working in diverse team teams and / or project management activities on large projects

Consulting experience, including the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels and facilitate client discussions and workshops

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and relationships effectively.
