Coordinating meetings, workshops, and governance sessions Managing project documentation, registers, and communications Supporting travel bookings and deployment logistics Assisting with financial administration, including purchase orders and invoices Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and other agencies Providing governance and software access support About you | Ko wai koe We are seeking applications from skilled and experienced project coordinators who can demonstrate the required expertise. The New Zealand Customs Service is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of the eGate Replacement Project—a strategic initiative upgrading biometric technology across New Zealand's international airports.This is a unique opportunity for an experienced project coordinator to support a busy team and contribute to a high-impact programme.
