Where making an impact matters.
In this role, you'll support the Maori Advisory Engagement Lead, Maori Lead – Business, and Maori Lead – Retail to deliver kaupapa that reflect and uplift te ao Maori.
You'll help prepare pitch packs, support onboarding of Maori commercial entities, and ensure Maori narratives are woven into our communications.
You'll coordinate cultural events, promote te reo Maori through Te Hoe Akau, and provide guidance across the enterprise.
Your mahi will help build enduring relationships and embed tikanga Maori into everything we do.

For this role we're looking for a culturally grounded connector who is passionate about te ao Maori and committed to creating positive impact.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following :
Proven understanding of te ao Maori and te reo Maori me ona tikanga
Strong ability to engage effectively with Maori and key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English and te reo Maori
Confident in working collaboratively across diverse teams and kaupapa
Proactive in promoting te ao Maori and cultural capability
Passionate about integrating Maori perspectives into enterprise-wide initiatives
Adaptable and committed to continuous learning and development
