By joining our team, you'll play a vital role in fostering the long-term growth of New Zealand's Leading Hotel (World Travel Awards 2024) and contribute to delivering unparalleled guest experiences.About the roleChuan Spa, Auckland is seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Spa Therapist to deliver premium treatments and create a genuine journey of well-being for our guests.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough consultations and tailor treatments to guest needs.Deliver high-quality services (massage - incl. deep tissue, facials, body scrubs / wraps, manicures, and pedicures) to brand standards.Provide post-treatment advice and product recommendations.Maintain impeccable hygiene, presentation, and treatment-room readiness.Stay current on spa services, products, and their benefits.RequirementsRecent experience in body and beauty therapy (hotel or luxury day spa preferred).

Proficiency across deep tissue massage and core facial / body treatments.Professional grooming, great communication, and a calm, caring manner.Flexibility to work a rotating roster over 7 days, including weekends / public holidays as required.BenefitsCompetitive pay rate + incentives.Free duty meals.
