Job Description
Our Ambassador will be :
Create exceptional guest journeys from arrival to departure, delivering world-class massages and body treatments in a serene, welcoming environment.
Provide personalised care through expert consultation, wellness advice, and tailored retail recommendations that extend beyond the treatment room.
Uphold the highest luxury service standards with warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to making every guest feel cared for inside and out.
Be a trusted spa expert – confidently guiding guests through treatments, demonstrating products, and encouraging rebookings and add-on services.
Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, restock supplies, and support the seamless operation of the spa.
Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge
– Previous luxury spa experience essential; familiarity with spa booking / property management systems preferred.
Service Excellence
– Strong eye for detail, luxury guest service standards, and polished personal presentation with outstanding communication skills.
Professionalism Under Pressure
– Organised, efficient, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining warmth and professionalism.
