Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Business Development professional to accelerate our growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
You will play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem, identifying new business opportunities, and securing long-term commercial success for the company.
This position suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment and takes ownership in shaping business expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and secure new commercial partnership and franchise opportunities
Develop and execute growth strategies that support market expansion
Lead negotiations and deal structuring to maximize business value
Strengthen and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance teams to ensure successful project execution
Build and maintain strong market connections within Singapore and Southeast Asia
Perform market research and present business development insights to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Proven experience in F&B business development, franchise management, or commercial partnership roles
Strong commercial acumen with a track record in achieving sales or expansion targets
Established business network in Singapore; regional connections in Southeast Asia a plus
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Able to navigate complex business discussions and close high-impact deals
Comfortable working in a startup environment with agility and adaptability
Fluency in English and Chinese for partnership and documentation purposes
