Join United Flower Growers as a Graduate Sales Executive, driving B2B sales and account management in New Zealand’s largest fresh-cut flower wholesaler.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Making proactive outbound calls to new and existing customers to build relationships and drive sales
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across supermarkets, florists, dairies, and other retailers
- Negotiating deals and pricing to satisfy suppliers and customers
- Managing standing orders and helping customers maintain stocked shelves and displays
- Working in the Auckland wholesale store, serving customers, spotting upsell opportunities, and maintaining store appearance
- Learning about seasonal flowers and bouquet making with provided training
- Collaborating closely with sales and operations teams nationally to ensure smooth delivery and excellent service
About You

A recent graduate in Commerce, Business, Arts, or a related fieldA confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and talking to peopleCompetitive, motivated, and driven by closing dealsPersuasive with a passion for negotiation and achieving great outcomesComfortable with cold calling and phone communicationNumerically savvy with attention to profit margins and commercial resultsPhysically fit and hands‑on, able to lift and move stockGenuine interest in flowers, design, or retail sales; no prior experience requiredCompensation & Benefits
