The Position

We are seeking talented Graduate Engineers to join our field services team in Auckland and develop essential expertise in instrument and product troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and maintenance procedures. This role is designed to provide foundational experience while working directly with experienced engineers who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.

As a Gradute Engineer, you will :

• Develop hands‑on technical skills by tackling real‑world challenges in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.
• Assist in providing installation and commissioning services to our customers.
• Receive ongoing training and education on our innovative product portfolio and manufacturer updates.
• Contribute to after‑sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional support.
• Work within our SOPs and policies, gaining experience with quality and safety standards.
