Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of outstanding operational performance and service quality, which generates growth and contributes to improvement in customer retention.
• Be efficient, transparent and customer focused so that our customers\' experience is in line with the expectations we set.
• Protect the integrity of operations by adhering to all operational procedures, FIMs and GOPs.
• Support the transformation agenda and all activities relating to the simplification, streamlining and digitisation of the business, with a view to deliver an enhanced customer experience and value to the bank.
• Transaction processing in line with FIMs, GOPs and other relevant internal procedures.
• Transaction processing within agreed customer SLAs, continued reduction of RM referrals and increase in productivity.
• Identify and challenge bespoke processing and policy variations that are not documented / approved.

Requirements

Preference will be given to candidates who hold New Zealand PR / Citizenship or Australian Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in New Zealand without limitations.
