We are proud to have the blueprint of Aotearoa New Zealand in our DNA and our 2,500 expert professionals in 35 offices are united by the common purpose of creating positive, long-lasting impacts on the communities we serve.Business Support Services Team LeaderWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Business Support Services group.Our locations of interest are Christchurch and Hamilton.You will provide leadership to the Business Support Services team of 4 Coordinators and support each team member to be their best self.You will also provide business support to external clients, project administration support to Project Managers and Project Directors and support financial processes as required.This is a busy role, and no two days are the same.

You will be able to resolve tricky situations and deliver difficult messages in meaningful ways with a mature approach while providing clear direction and strategy to the team.We are looking for a confident leader who can demonstrate lots of initiative and bring a positive, flexible, adaptable attitude.About you :

• A minimum of 10 years' professional experience in a related or similar role, including experience leading a team
• Ideally, relevant administration or tertiary qualification
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Client-focused, creative, and solutions-driven
