This is your chance to play a pivotal role in protecting our people, assets, and reputation across our store network.What You'll Be DoingAs our Loss Prevention Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our national strategy to reduce stock loss, theft, fraud, and security risks.

You'll work hands-on with store teams, delivering training, conducting risk assessments, and implementing protocols that keep our environments safe and secure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a national loss prevention strategy with measurable outcomesConduct store reviews to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actionsDeliver training on theft deterrence, conflict de-escalation, and incident reportingSupport inventory management and integrity processes to reduce shrinkageCollaborate with external vendors and industry bodies to enhance security practicesAct as a trusted advisor to the business on all thing's loss preventionWhat You'll BringMinimum 5 years' experience in security, loss prevention, or law enforcementStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to turn data into actionable insightsEffective planning, prioritisation, and decision-making under pressureA collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvementThis role offers the opportunity to work on Auckland's North Shore in a positive, fast paced environment that is stimulating and enjoyable to work in.
