Job descriptionMonitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor Interact with customers and address their concerns Upload events onto our crime reporting platform Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. Comfortable standing for extended periods. Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial. Team Card : Access to discounts across our brands. Hours
- Tuesday - 3 : 30pm to 9pm
- Wednesday and Thursday - 2 : 30pm to 9pm
- Friday - 1pm to 9pm
- Saturday - 12 : 30pm to 9pm
