This is your chance to play a pivotal role in protecting ourpeople, assets, and reputation across our store network.What You'll Be DoingAs our Loss Prevention Specialist, you'll be the drivingforce behind our national strategy to reduce stock loss, theft, fraud, andsecurity risks.

You'll work hands-on with store teams, delivering training,conducting risk assessments, and implementing protocols that keep ourenvironments safe and secure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a national loss preventionstrategy with measurable outcomesConduct store reviews to identifyvulnerabilities and recommend corrective actionsDeliver training on theft deterrence, conflictde-escalation, and incident reportingSupport inventory management and integrityprocesses to reduce shrinkageCollaborate with external vendors and industrybodies to enhance security practicesAct as a trusted advisor to the business on all thing'sloss preventionWhat You'll BringMinimum 5 years' experience in security, lossprevention, or law enforcementStrong communication and stakeholder engagementskillsProven ability to turn data into actionableinsightsEffective planning, prioritisation, anddecision-making under pressureA collaborative mindset and a passion forcontinuous improvementThis role offers the opportunity to work on Auckland's NorthShore in a positive, fast paced environment that is stimulating and enjoyableto work in.
