New Product Development Process Technologist

Reporting to the Strategic Innovation Manager, you will be working within the NPD Supplements team of 8 and have a key role in shaping our new innovative products. We are looking for an experienced professional who can juggle multiple projects covering different formats of health supplements. This is a hands-on role, and you will help the team to deliver products that help our consumer’s live better lives.

Responsibilities

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiencies from a formulation and process standpoint
• Leading manufacturing issue resolutions (process, product) and advising long term actions for manufacturing related to formulation or process deviations
• Industrialising innovation and renovation projects from pilot trial through to scale-up
• Co-ordinate the functions for small scale trials for reworked formulations and generate associated paperwork
• Advising QA and manufacturing for on-line manufacturing process issues and assisting with new line implementation
