Job descriptionA relevant qualification in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering or Food Science Manufacturing, processing, or production experience, ideally in food or FMCG A mechanical mindset, you are confident around machinery and enjoy troubleshooting, optimising, and improving how things work Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets (Excel skills a must) Practical problem-solving ability, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and training operators Competitive pay Full Health Insurance (for you and your family) Life Insurance Free onsite parking

What you'll do
- Spend time on the production floor, supporting teams with line setups, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimise equipment and train operators on machine setup and SOPs
- Analyse large datasets to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvements
- Support the smooth commercialisation of new products, ensuring production lines run effectively from trial to launch
- Balance hands-on problem-solving with data-driven decision-making to improve processes across the plant
