Exciting opportunity at BNT Tauriko for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team!
What you'll do
Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base
What you'll bring
Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous)
A genuine interest in cars, or parts
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
