The Renewals team is part of the Construction & Innovation Group. Our contribution to social housing is renovating (retrofitting) selected state houses so they meet the needs of a modern state house customer. The team delivers renewals nationally and so our work reaches much of New Zealand.
In FY2026 we will deliver nearly 500 renovated homes across the country.
