We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional to join our national finance team as our Commercial Manager.
This high-impact role is ideal for someone with a strong background in transport, logistics or supply chain - and a passion for data-driven decision-making, strategic growth, and stakeholder engagement.
In this pivotal role, you'll :
Lead Financial Analysis & Modelling
: Build and deliver detailed analysis and robust financial models to support planning and profitability.
Manage High-Value Contracts
: Oversee commercial agreements, ensuring compliance and maximising financial outcomes.
Drive Strategic Initiatives
: Partner with senior leaders to identify new growth opportunities and improve financial performance.
Foster Stakeholder Relationships
: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support contract negotiations and renewals.
Support Financial Operations
: Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and revenue alignment.
O pukenga | What You'll Need to Succeed
5–7 years' experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within transport, logistics or supply chain
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or similar (MBA preferred) + must be CA qualified
Strong financial modelling, analysis and contract negotiation skills
Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive commercial performance
A strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
