You'll : Empower our customers by resolving day-to-day queries and issues with the highest level of service, product & industry knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.Ensure our customers are comfortable using the Figured App and getting the most out of our innovative platform.Help raise the bar with the team through a range of projects to enhance our tools, processes, and communications, directly impacting user experience.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to explore new possibilities for our product, based on valuable customer feedback – your insights will help shape our future features!

This role is perfect if you are a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance who is looking to transition into a fast-paced tech company.A qualification or foundational experience in Accounting or Finance is highly valued – your understanding of financial concepts will be a huge asset in helping our customers.We don't expect you to be a farmer, but a passion, interest, or knowledge of the agri industry will stand you in good stead.Curiosity, a knack for problem-solving, and determination to solve curly questions – you love a challenge and finding creative solutions.A natural interest in technology and a desire to learn new software applications quickly.Humour – we take the work seriously, but not ourselves.Outstanding communication, strong organisational, and presentation skills along with a proven record of having built lasting relationships.At Figured, rewards and progression reflect your impact rather than your time served.
