This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to utilise their strong academic or professional experience to develop their litigation skills and grow their knowledge of financial markets law.ResponsibilitiesProvide input and advice to the investigation team on active investigationsDraft instructions to external Counsel and experts, and draft Court documents as requiredAdvocacy where the opportunity arisesFacilitate positive working relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration within the organisation to promote a connected-organisational approachQualifications and experienceThis position is suited to an experienced solicitor with a litigation background.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the financial services industry and of civil procedure (essential) or criminal procedure (desirable).
Your drive, enthusiasm and adaptability, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, are essential to excel in this role.You will be working with a hardworking team that cares deeply about their work and the impact it makes.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, able to think on their feet and able to deal with highly complex information.
