Delegat Hawke's Bay winery is an advanced facility with a 10,000-tonne capacity, well equipped for processing Merlot, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay varieties, all of which are harvested locally.
The opportunity
We are seeking dynamic and motivated people to join our team for vintage 2026.
Our Vintage Cellar Hands are involved in various winemaking and cellar operations from grape receival through to fermentation management, clarification, and cooperage operations.
Employment would commence early February 2026 through to late April 2026. Peak work patterns will consist of 12 hours per day, six to seven days per week, with regular days off provided.
