We provide essential hospital, specialist, and community health services across 80+ locations from large urban centres to rural towns and remote communities.

This role will support business, government and ministerial servicing across the National Clinical Leadership Team.
This includes managing the shared inbox and providing high quality triage and initial response preparation to ensure the team is focused on the correct work and queries are directed to the appropriate teams.
The role is also responsible for maintaining oversight of the work across the team through managing the shared excel-based tracker to a high standard and ensuring all team members are aware of their workflow requirements.In addition, the role will assist in preparing high quality drafts for correspondence, Official Information Act requests, parliamentary questions, and ministerial briefings as directed by the Head of Office.
The role involves working collaboratively across teams to ensure the required information is gathered and responses developed within the specified timeframes, and to ensure consistent systems and practices across the business.
This role is located in the Clinical Leadership Office, who provide support across the wider team in the areas of government services, executive and board level requirements (including reporting), project and programme management and oversight of the team's wider work programme.The National Clinical Leadership Team is a national team; the preferred location for this role is Auckland however applicants from Wellington will also be considered.
You will have astute attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering timely and accurate responses to competing demands.
You will have a passion for gathering and researching information, writing, and providing advice and support.
You have skills and experience in communicating complex information and ideas in both oral and written communication to a range of audiences.This role could suit an EA looking for a new challenge, a superstar coordinator looking for their next step or someone with other relevant experience looking to widen their knowledge.
