Our monitored alarm systems provide peace of mind, ensuring that help is just the push of a button away.As a Telecare Field Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers by : Building positive, trusting relationships with those who rely on our medical alarms.Demonstrating and installing our monitored alarm systems, ensuring customers feel confident using them.Providing top-notch customer care, including servicing and troubleshooting alarm equipment.Promoting our services at community events and group demonstrations.Responding promptly to emergency alerts and coordinate appropriate assistance.This is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months, covering parental leave.

The hours are 40 per week - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

You will also be on call every fourth weekend, with allowances provided.This role covers Hastings, Havelock North and surrounding areas.QualificationsKo wai koe | About YouYou don't need prior experience with medical alarms—we'll teach you everything you need to know!
