Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow.
Lead and motivate the service team to achieve sales and service excellence.

Manage reservations and optimize seating capacity.
Take ownership of outlet performance and uphold operational standards.
Support the Restaurant Manager in budgeting, staffing, and team development.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
