Project Manager - Kitchens

This exciting move marks a significant step in LivSpace and CARTERS becoming a one-stop destination for end-to-end interiors offering (flooring and kitchens) and construction solutions.To spearhead this new integrated offering, we're looking for aProject Manager Kitchensbased inHamiltonwho will collaborate with CARTERS' Account Managers in the field who have established relationships and connections across our national branch network.As the Project Manager Kitchens you will aim to deliver high-qualitykitchens as well as other tailored interior spaces including laundriesand wardrobes,strengthening LivSpace's position in the interior supply and install business.Working with LivSpace's dedicated design team, you will divide your time between meeting customers in the LivSpace showroom and meeting customers onsite or in their homes.

You willproject manage customer's needs and expectations from inception to completion of the project, scheduling and coordinating withmanufacturing and installers to ensure a smooth workflow.The ideal candidate will have a joinery background with a proven track record in project management, established connectionswithinstallersand is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.The key functions for this role includes : Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences tailored to their needsLising with customers to scope the project and budgetCreate proposals and negotiate contracts including project deliverables and timelinesWorking with Account Managers, kitchen designers, manufacturingand installersDelivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consultation, quoting and install processSkills & Experience : A sound understanding & working knowledge across all areas of kitchensTechnically capable, understands products and installationSound measuring, quantifying & pricing experienceStrong communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsProject management experience - organised, detailed with exceptional time management & multitasking abilities.A team player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat we offerA Competitive Base salary plus vehicle7.5% Benefits Package, includes Superannuation Savings Scheme, Life & Disability InsuranceWe also pay for your Southern Cross Health InsuranceSupportive, respectful, fun, collaborative, diverse teamBuying privileges across all Carters storesIf this sounds like you, we'd be keen to hear from you.
