Join Northpower's dynamic transmission team and help deliver critical projects that keep the lights on across the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and beyond.The Role : As a Cadet Project Manager, you'll join our Operations team and work alongside experienced managers to learn the full project lifecycle of electricity transmission line build and upgrade projects.
Reporting to the Delivery Manager – Projects, you'll be trained to manage projects from scoping through to delivery and completion, ensuring they're completed safely, on time, and within budget.Once trained, you will : Manage projects end-to-end – from pricing and scoping through to delivery and close-outOversee financial performance, including invoicing and reportingWork with a wide range of stakeholders – from customers to contractors and field crewsEnsure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every projectSupport design, estimating, and planning when neededWhat's in it for you?
