We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Real Estate industry, who are seeking energetic and organised Team Coordinators to join their supportive, high-performing business.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves being at the heart of the action, keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes while building great relationships across the team.What you'll be doing : Preparing and managing sales documentation and legal agreementsCoordinating deal processing, deposit receipts, and reportingMaintaining databases, tracking sales activity, and updating key recordsLiaising with solicitors, vendors, purchasers, and internal stakeholdersSupporting agents with day-to-day coordination and administration tasksAssisting with marketing administration, such as preparing property info and ensuring listings are accurateGeneral office support including scheduling, reporting, and minute-takingWhat we're looking for : Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle prioritiesA confident communicator with great interpersonal skillsA proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressureA high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlinesPrevious experience in administration, coordination, or support rolesWhat's in it for you?
