You will be responsible for financial modelling, market analysis and corporate planning.
Your remit will include maintaining and enhancing the corporate financial model, business planning, transactions support and preparing materials for executive leadership, investor communications, and external reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance the corporate financial modelAssist in the preparation of earnings forecasts, including scenario and sensitivity analysisConduct variance analysis and provide insights into performance against budgetAssist in the preparation of budgets, long-term business plans, and the evaluation of strategic initiativesForecast capital funding requirements, liquidity and covenant complianceAssist with the preparation of investor presentations for CEO, Deputy CEO and CFOPreparation of NZX market announcements and disclosuresPeer benchmarking and market intelligenceAssist in the preparation of the annual business plan document, the annual report, Board reports, quarterly reports and other ad hoc papersSkillset And Experience To Be SuccessfulA tertiary degree in finance, economics and / or property3 years + experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or deals / transactionsHigh level of proficiency in Excel including advanced financial modellingListed markets experience is viewed as advantageous as is exposure to commercial real estate, retirement or infrastructure sectorsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWe're targeting an exceptional individual with the intelligence and key attributes to be successful in a high-performance environment.
