As Finance Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this journey — driving process excellence, strengthening financial controls, and ensuring the business gets the most from its ERP and integrated systems.Key responsibilitiesLead finance transformation initiatives, ensuring ambitious outcomes are delivered and embedded.Map, document, and improve processes, with a focus on removing manual inputs and reducing complexity.Maintain a finance opportunities register and roadmap, holding the team accountable for actions and delivery.Act as Product Owner for the ERP system, driving adoption, efficiencies, and automation across finance functions.Support business-wide initiatives that impact finance systems and processes.Report regularly to Finance leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.What you'll bringStrong financial management expertise with proven experience improving controls and processes.Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Oracle) including procure-to-pay, GL, budgeting / forecasting.Experience with integrations and process automation.Agile mindset and the ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across all levels of the business.A practical, commercial approach with the ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities.CA (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential.Why apply?
