Create a "service-first" culture – always putting patients & clinics at the heart.Market Insights & Competitive AdvantageBe the voice of NZ in the wider Group Marketing team.Keep your finger on the pulse of competitors, patient trends, and performance insights.QualificationsMust-Haves : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (postgraduate qualification a plus).7+ years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-brand marketing strategies, ideally across healthcare, retail, or service industries.Strong background in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, CRM, marketing automation).

Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end campaigns – from strategy through to execution and performance tracking.Solid understanding of budget management and driving ROI on marketing investment.Experience partnering with operational teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.Nice-to-Haves : Healthcare or service-based marketing experience.Familiarity with NZ consumer trends and competitive market insights.Experience with patient / customer engagement strategies (e.g. loyalty programs, retention initiatives).
