We are looking for Property Managers that will be part of an exceptional team that are continually striving to offer first class service to all our customers.Your responsibilities will includeUnderstanding and dealing with all Owner and Tenant requirements.Completing detailed inspection reports of properties.Collection of rent and managing arrears.Being proactive with maintenance and ensuring all required jobs are organised in a timely manner and completed to a high standard.Keeping up to date and understanding the latest market trends and the ongoing regulatory changes to the Residential Tenancies Act.Liaising and cooperating alongside other areas of our business.To be successful in this role you will likely have a proven track record in customer service and good administration skills, as well as the ability to be comfortable working in a high energy environment.
