As the Head of Development and Operations at Farmlands, you will play a pivotal role as both a strategic visionary and a hands-on leader, guiding the reliability, scalability, security and continuous improvement of our diverse technology ecosystem. This role offers a unique chance to drive transformational outcomes by overseeing multi-cloud platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft 365 suite, while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

You will lead a talented team, define a forward-looking DevOps roadmap and champion data-driven decisions and modern practices like CI / CD, Site Reliability Engineering and FinOps — all while partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver sustained business value.

Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and executing a 3-year DevOps and IT Operations strategy aligned to business goals.
• Leading and growing a high-performing team, including recruitment and development.
• Designing and implementing unified CI / CD pipelines and advancing automation with AI-driven testing.
• Establishing observability and Site Reliability Engineering capabilities to meet SLIs and SLOs.
• Managing cloud governance, security, cost optimization, and FinOps across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Owning the Microsoft Dynamics 365 product roadmap, release cadence, and support adoption efforts.
