We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Player Coach to join our Engineering team in Auckland. As a Player Coach you will be accountable for helping to build world-class capability in your chapter and be an ambassador of the new culture and ways of working.

Your key Responsibilities will include :

• Manage a team of engineers, which includes providing technical direction and conducting code reviews.
• Implement a culture within the Tribe, Platforms and the Chapter, encouraging best practices around reviews, quality and documentation.
• Ensure the “how” of the work performed by Chapter Members is aligned with established roadmaps, standards, best practices and other guardrails.
• Through leadership and drive, create a delivery environment which results in exceptional employee and customer satisfaction.
• Work in collaborative teams to build innovative solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for platforms as required e.g. problem and incident management.
• Contribute to Engineering communities, meetups and conferences to promote technology development culture and practices.
