To be successful in this role the key competencies required include : Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skillsExpert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solutionStrategic management, leadership, mentoring, business, accounting and reporting capabilitiesAnalytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilitiesSound knowledge of working with Government agencies.Appreciation of the value / importance of the account coupled with the ability to balance the needs of the organization and the client's organizationWhat is the role?

We are looking for a senior client director to execute the organization's sales strategy and activities with the New Zealand Government clients to maximize revenue from new and existing clients, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

This role is responsible for setting and executing our government segment strategy in NZ .

What will you be doing?

The role includes : Setting the corporate strategy for the NZ Government segment in order to attain and exceed revenue targetsWork collaboratively across the Cotality organization to develop and execute a dynamic customer strategyWriting professional corporate client proposalsNegotiating major deals within policy guidelines, maintaining contact with key clients and identifying and steering opportunities for business improvementRegularly monitoring and reporting actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projectionsCoordinating the gathering of market intelligence and monitoring competitors' sales strategies and products, campaigns and events to optimize market shareConducting product demonstrations and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders / bids, contracts and Account Management plansJob Qualifications : What does success look like?

Key Performance Indicators are based on : Achieving revenue growth goalsDriving new sales and progressing strategies to acquire, retain and grow revenue from major customersClient NPS, particularly as it relates to their relationship with the client directorProfessional pipeline managementProductive collaboration across various Cotality teams and stakeholdersWhy join Cotality?
