About the role - Mō te tūranga In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. You’ll be hands-on with customer queries, identifying opportunities to add value, and supporting the wider sales team to deliver great outcomes. This role is about growing with us — we’ll provide the training and support to set you up for success.Key responsibilities include Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of customers Responding to customer queries and providing excellent service Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services Keeping accurate customer records in Salesforce Working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver solutions Ōu We’re looking for someone who’s driven, confident, and eager to learn.Additionally, you’ll bring : Experience in a customer-facing or service-based role (e.g., retail, hospitality, call centre, logistics, admin support) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence with numbers and ability to learn systems quickly A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Enthusiasm to grow your career in sales and account management Your Benefits - Painga You'll be part of a team going places, building a legacy of best practice and working with people keen to draw on your expertise.Additionally, you’ll get.
