Complex Manager - Panmure & Remuera

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Montessori Centre Manager who is looking to progress in their ECE Leadership career, managing two unique Centres : Little Earth Montessori Remuera (licensed for 45) and Little Earth Montessori Panmure (licensed for 40).

Your support will enable your teams to work collaboratively, achieving educational and operational objectives.You will split your time across these two centres, providing effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables all team members to achieve their objectives and goals.Each Centre is unique - the Whanau and Tamariki have varying needs and requirements, so you'll enjoy the variety and challenge of ensuring your teams have the right support to be happy, successful and engaged in their roles.You'll lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices.
