• role in our Productivity team to strengthen workplace technology for colleagues. In this key position, you will help deliver our Workplace Technology vision and mentor other team members.This Auckland or Wellington-based hybrid role allows flexible work for two days each week.

• Championing Content Collaboration :
• Oversee and enhance platforms such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Loop, and Microsoft Stream to ensure seamless content storage and sharing.
• Driving Productivity Excellence :
• Lead the adoption and effective use of enterprise productivity suites, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot, and more) and the Adobe Suite.
• Advancing AI Integration :
• Bring yourexpertisein artificial intelligence technologies—such as Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot Studio—to help our team unlock new levels of efficiency and creativity.
• Resolving Technical Challenges :
• Provide expert support in incident and problem management, guiding the team to quickly address and remediate any issues that arise.You will also be thetrusted expert everyone turns to for our workplace technology—your knowledge sets the standard.This will include handling complex challenges head on and delivering fast,accuratesolutions when it matters most.You will also effectively collaborate, inspire, and mentor—help others grow while driving our success together.Our team values collaboration, open communication, and respect.
