About the Role

As a Product Designer at Projectworks, you’ll work at the intersection of design and user research - translating business needs and user behaviours into thoughtful, engaging product experiences. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Design and cross-functional teams to improve usability, contribute to our design system, and use research and data to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and present journey maps, interactive prototypes, and refined user interfaces using Figma and visual copilot AI tools such as Figma Make to accelerate the development of early-stage concepts.
• Conduct and synthesize user research (data insights, interviews, usability testing) and analyze behavioural data to inform and evaluate design decisions.
• Present research insights and design recommendations.
• Contribute to and maintain TUI, the Projectworks design system, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform.
• Contribute to team ceremonies such as scrums and sprint planning, while staying up to date with UX trends and supporting continuous improvement in design and delivery.
