Customer Services & Operations Agent (Full-Time)

Based at Apex Car Rentals in Queenstown, we have a full-time position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work.We operate 7 days a week, on a rotating roster so there will be a requirement for you to work early mornings (from 8 am), afternoons, nights (until 6.30 pm), weekends and public holidays as required.Permanent, Full-Time 40-hours per week position available (5 x 8-hour shifts per week)Entry level role with training providedSupportive, friendly, and caring cultureResponsibilitiesAs what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business.

This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations.

On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

You will also inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive and park our cars, and clean vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.What's on offer$
