Job Description
Be the first point of contact for our guests. With your passion for high end hospitality and superb eye for detail, you will demonstrate a luxury attitude in all your interactions. You will take initiative to seek out memorable ways to engage with guests, and harness your creativity to deliver emotion and heartfelt service in every interaction.
Through your excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will ensure our guests experiences begin in a refined and personal way.
You will accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations, ensuring a timely response to all enquiries while maintaining a skillful and knowledgeable selling approach of the Hotel services.
